What you buy

A license to use Marca 360, with a one-time payment and no expiry. With the Personal brand and Business plans, the license covers one brand on up to 2 computers. With the Agency plan, it covers unlimited brands on up to 10 computers. The regular license includes the desktop app and the phone app.

If you bought on AppSumo, your plan’s limits apply (number of brands and computers), and the deal covers the desktop app only.

What you need

A computer with Windows 10 or 11, or a Mac with macOS 12 or later, and a Claude account on the Pro or Max plan. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic’s terms and your plan’s limits; Marca 360 doesn’t control them.

Your content

What you create with Marca 360 is yours: your scripts, videos, designs and copy. Your team is AI and can make mistakes. Review every piece before you publish it; you decide what goes out and you’re responsible for what you publish.

Using the license

• Each key is for the brands in your plan. Don’t share it or resell it.
• You can move the license to another computer by freeing one up in Settings → Licenses.
• We may deactivate a key used against these terms.

Updates

The desktop app updates itself. We may change, improve or remove features over time.

Refunds

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Marca 360 doesn’t work for you, write to brokenwatchceo@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you. The refund deactivates the license. If you bought on AppSumo, AppSumo’s refund policy applies.

Warranty and liability

Marca 360 is provided as is. We do our best to make it work well, but we don’t guarantee results in reach, sales or followers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the license.
